Main products

Glucose dehydrogenase
(FAD-GDH)

Glucose dehydrogenase dependent on FAD (flavin adenine dinucleotide) can be used to determine blood glucose. A main feature of this product is that it is not influenced by the presence of maltose, galactose, or oxygen in the blood.

Pyranose oxidase

Pyranose oxidase can be used to measure pyranose (glucose, 1,5-AG) levels in biological and food samples. A main feature of this product is that it is highly stable in the liquid state and is not inhibited by high salt concentrations.

Amino acid oxidase

We have been developing various amino acid oxidases or oxygenase with high substrate specificity (e.g. D-amino acid, L-Tryptophan, L-Phenylalanine, Glycine and L-Kynurenine) and thermostability. These enzymes can be used for measurement of the substrate levels in samples and for production of 2-oxo acid or hydroxy derivatives.
